The manufacturing process for structures constructed using modular steel house framing is highly efficient.

Essentially, the entire plan of the house is drawn up using CAD software and a frame is generated. The frame is broken up into individual panels such as walls and ceiling panels.

Each member of a panel is then extruded from the roll forming machine and constructed into a panel in the workshop.

These panel are then loaded onto a truck and shipped on to site.

Once on site, each indivial panel is put in place and the final structure is assembled.

This modular approach to construction greatly cuts down the amount of man hours required to construct the frame of a building, saving both time and money.
